PERMANENT HARASSMENT…

  My family became the subject of harassment from public and private services such as banks, insurance companies, city offices, realtors, network providers, health care providers, elementary schools etc. In several instances, some institutions have repeatedly threatened us with fake invoices. As soon as we hired an attorney to look at them, the claims were dropped. The coincidence of those unsubstantiated claims with our infortune with WIU cannot be just a hazard.  Since 2013, hackers equipped with state of the arts spying equipment and career criminals have been accommodated in houses in our close neighborhood to spy on me and track my family. After we purchased our home, the closest house to ours was immediately bought with high dollar amount to host a couple with the mission to continuously provoke and terrorize my family. All phone numbers we used in our household are tapped in. Our computers and my e-mails accounts are being hacked since the fall of 2012. The control of my communication is aimed at sabotaging any activity I initiate such as job interviews, financial transactions etc in public services. My communications are captured either from my e-mail account or telephone conversation. Systematically, slanders are served to my correspondents to make things fall apart. Several academic or private institutions have conspired with my persecutors in a sort of coalition of the evils to invite me to fake job interviews aimed at collecting information. In some cases, potentials employers had become silent after a job offer. Those obstructions are also intended to give the impression that I am not good enough to secure another job.    I am a US citizen with a Ph.D. in Food Chemistry, I have a degree in international business. I am a Certified Manager of Quality, Organizational Excellence, Associate Professor and author of 20 peer-review articles and book chapter published with the American Chemical Society as described in my CV (Doc 36). I became permanent resident of the USA based on my exceptional abilities for the national interests of the USA. After being rated excellent in teaching, research, and services in six consecutive years, I objectively have more than enough to work in this country. Unfortunately, my career has taken another path because once upon a time, I accepted to move to the corn field of Macomb to work at Western Illinois University.
